Further we do not collect nonpublic information from anyone other than the individual(s) proposed for coverage.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as required by law.

Business with whom we may share nonpublic personal information:

We may share information about you as required and permitted by law, with third parties to include the insurance companies, glass companies, car rental agencies, autobody shops and other persons contracted by you i.e. public adjusters and attorneys.

Security and Confidentiality Policy:

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy:

We may make changes to our privacy policy in the future. We will not make any changes affecting your without first sending you a revised privacy policy describing the changes. In any case, we will send you a current privacy policy at lease once a year.
